So, while you will benefit from the main Arginine benefit of more muscle mass, as a bodybuilder, you will also benefit as a human, overall, simply by adding 3 to 5 grams of Arginine to your supplement regime daily. Of course, you should not that high levels of Arginine, like anything else, can be dangerous. Make sure that you are not ingesting or injecting more than 3 to 5 grams per day!
